TMM Communication, multimedia integrator brings technical expertise and assistance for maintenance of your equipment but also all the reactivity of an internal client service department. TMM, digital integrator for 25 years, is the digital partner for all your projects from concept to maintenance over time.

 

All equipment provided by TMM have at least the manufacturer's warranty. In addition, our teams are able to offer maintenance contracts:

- GTR (guaranteed recovery time) between 24 and 72hours* in France and abroad 96hours

- GTI (guaranteed intervention time) from 48 hours to 4 hours * in France in 48 hours abroad.

Corrective and preventive maintenance, technical support, response failure and out guarantees, free diagnostic for any failure, repair, verification, editing, adjusting ... We provide daily maintenance for dozens of facilities across France and worldwide. Our teams work on your site for fast troubleshooting.

TMM also boasts a repair center and a replacement stock.

We also offer the possibility of forming a "spare" of replacement materials stored at TMM or directly on site for a faster response in case of failure.

 

Customer service :

User support, troubleshooting, intervention triggering, diagnosis... The TMM hotline can be reached for any requests 6d / 7 from 8 am to 8 pm.

When starting a new project of digital communication, TMM provides a 4hour accompanying package, renewable.
